Payments
1) To formally book Our services, a deposit equal to 30% of the tours (50% for hotel and tour packages) must be paid by credit card.
a) The deposit is refundable only in case of force majeure - Which makes travel to Lebanon impossible or unsafe (war, civil unrest), immediate death in the family, or documented serious health problems resulting in hospitalization.
b) The reservation is transferrable within the same high/low season.
2) Balance should be settled by credit card 72 hours before arrival or by cash (USD or Euro) upon arrival.
3) Tour Beirut S.A.R.L reserves the right to raise packages of tours at any given time without prior notice.
a) Customers who have reserved tours and paid the deposit will NOT be subject to price changes.
b) In case of date transfers; customers who made the change after price changes will be required to pay the balance difference.
Cryptocurrency Payments
4) Cryptocurrency payments get you exclusive discounts (up to 10% on individual tours ; up to 8% on hotel and tour packages)
a) Crypto payments are non-refundable (transferrable)
b) Crypto payments should be made in full at least 72 hours prior to arrival to guarantee availability of our services.
c) Crypto payments are accepted through NOW Payments processor. No alternative means will be accepted. If you would like to pay using a different crypto accepted on NOW payments, let us know!
d) crypto discounts are only available retail clients. B2B or special group rates are excluded.
Booking change & cancellations
5 a) A booking change will be accepted if the request has been made 36 hours prior to arrival.
b) No-shows will not be allowed to transfer their holidays (In case of flight changes you should contact us immediately)
c) If cancelled 36 hours in advance, any excess to the non-refundable deposit will be reimbursed to the credit card you paid with.
d) Rain and mild weather inconveniences does not count as force majeure. Tour Beirut S.A.R.L will decide if tours can be conducted safely, and if necessary offer alternatives. If no agreement is reached on the alternative tour we will refund the amount.
e) Cancelling a Hotel and tour package or changing dates less than 36 hours before arrival will incur a 1 night penalty (according to booking.com rate) in addition to the 30% non-refundable deposit.

-Although we try our best to offer a perfect experience, we sometimes make mistakes.
6) If you have any complaints regarding tours, it is the client’s obligation to notify us promptly through any of our contact channels.
a) complaints will be evaluated on a merit case by case basis.
b) Complaints due to issues that drag on because of failure to notify only apply to the last tour in our compensation consideration.
7) In case of unexpected closure or inaccessibility of touristic sites Tour Beirut S.A.R.L will recommend alternative sites for substitution. This event, although uncommon, does not qualify for a refund so long as alternatives were offered.
8) If for any reason our service offered does not match what was promised in your booked services, we’ll review where we went wrong and issue an appropriate refund immediately.
9) If for any reason Tour Beirut S.A.R.L is no longer able to provide its services due to an emergency case beyond its control. We’ll offer you a substitute tour service, or upon your request, we’ll refund your tour costs.
B2B Policy
10) Payments for B2B clients
a) Payment for group packages must be sent 10 days prior to group arrival by bank transfer.
b) After Payment, room reservations may only decrease by up to 20% without penalty. If the group size as a result falls to a different pricing tier; new group rates will apply.
c) Cancellation of group package will result in $20 per person based on the original reservation group size plus 1 night (rate according to booking.com) for each room. The refunded agency will also have to bear the cost of bank transfer fees.
